we will not have time to answer questions about the merchandise. Thanks for your understanding.
Neither the firearms nor the ammunition will be on site until sale day.
Precious metals will not be sold below scrap value.
The coins will be in a showcase in the gun room, so all coin buyers must queue up with the gun buyers for gun room entrance.
Oklahoma City police officer on site at all times. Five customers at a time will be allowed into the gun room; this policy will be strictly enforced.
Serious buyers only in gun room, please. Absolutely no children will be allowed in the gun room at any time.
We will first allow customers into the gun room in the order in which their names appear on the sign-up sheet.
Each buyer must complete a bill of sale on all firearm purchases.
Should you purchase ammunition, our police officer will escort you to your vehicle to secure your purchase.
Should you purchase a firearm or firearms, the same policy will apply. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
All ammunition buyers must also sign a waiver which fully indemnifies both the liquidator and the estate from all liability. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
Checks or cash only. Checks accepted only with proper identification.
Purchases of $5K or more will require a letter of credit unless otherwise specified by cashier.
Neither guns and ammo nor coins may be removed from the gun room until the merchandise has been paid for
and a stamped receipt shown to both the gun room’s attendees and the police officer on site.
Sealed bids will be collected at the cashier’s desk until noon on items priced $100.00 and up.
Bids will be called between noon and one. (n.b.: Again, the family reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on the firearms and coins.)

Each dealer or veteran must submit a photocopy of his or her valid tax exemption certificate, else sales tax of 8.375% will be charged.
No unattended children, please. No public restroom. Outside “sold” signs will not be honored and will be promptly discarded.
We will have a “sold” table on site for your convenience; however, please be advised that you will be obligated to purchase all items
you place on the “sold” table, carry for more than five minutes or have had marked “sold.” ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
